أهلاً بحضرتك فندم. احنا شركة ثمار لتداول الأوراق المالية، شركة مساهمة مصرية تأسست عام 1995، ومتخصصون في مجال السمسرة في الأوراق المالية و السندات. الشركة حاصلة على ترخيص رقم (144) من الهيئة العامة للرقابه الماليه ، ومسجلة بالبورصة المصريه لضمان أعلى مستويات الأمان والشفافية.

ما هي الخدمات المقدمة من شركة ثمار ؟

تقدم ثمار مجموعة من الخدمات المرتبطة بسوق المال فى مصر و ذلك خلال حصولها على التراخيص الخاصة بهذه الانشطة و استيفاء متطلبات ممارستها ، منها الوساطة فى بيع و شراء الاسهم المقيدة فى البورصة (عمليات داخل المقصورة )، و التداول الالكتروني و انشطتها الخاصة من البيع و الشراء فى ذات الجلسه ، و الشراء الهامشي ، و البيع على المكشوف ، ذلك بالاضافة الي وحدة الابحاث الماليه و التحليل الفني ، كما تقوم الشركة بعمليات نقل ملكية الاسهم غير المقدية من خلال فريق متخصص و محترف ، و كذلك الوساطة فى السندات .

ما هي الضمانات للشركة وأموال العميل؟ وهل تخضعون للبنك المركزي؟

أموالك وأسهمك في أمان تام؛ حسابك الاستثماري يكون مسجلاً باسمك الشخصي، والأسهم يتم حفظها لدى جهة مستقلة ومؤمنة وهي “أمين الحفظ”. قانوناً، لا يجوز للشركة التصرف في أموال أو أسهم العميل إلا بتفويض رسمي وموقع منك.

بالاضافه الى ان شركات السمسرة في مصر تخضع لرقابة وإشراف الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية وليس البنك المركزي (البنك المركزي يراقب البنوك فقط)، وهذا يضمن تطبيق أدق القوانين لحماية المستثمرين.
