In implementation of Article (20) of the rules for listing and delisting securities, the Egyptian Exchange announces receiving a request on 28/07/2026 to list the short term bonds issued by Hermes Securities Brokerage - The First Issuance of the Fourth Program where the listing documents are being fulfilled to be presented to the Listing Committee, the details of the listing request are as follows.
Nominal short term bonds that are tradable, non-convertible bond for a period of (12) months, with a total amount of EGP 2,135,000,000 represented in one issuance over one tranche, through a 100% private placement for financial institutions, entities with financial solvency, natural and legal persons.
The announcement shall be published for a period of five working days from its date, in implementation of the provisions of Article (20) of the rules for listing and delisting securities issued by the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority No. (11) on 22/01/2014 and its executive procedures and their amendments.
